About Us

Focused on Workforce Wellbeing, Development & Sustainability, Bloom Beyond Work deliver Restorative Team Building Workshops for UK Workplaces to help build healthier, more connected teams.

Having witnessed the difference kindness, laughter and genuine human connection can make, Bloom Beyond Work was born — Founded by a nurse with firsthand insight into the pressures of demanding work environments, Bloom Beyond Work was created to address the growing challenges of workplace stress and fatigue.

With the desire to make a difference and create something meaningful, Bloom Beyond Work has been designed to bring people together through uplifting experiences that support wellbeing, strengthen relationships and help teams feel valued.

Our Belief

At Bloom Beyond Work, we believe great teamwork begins with meaningful human connection. Our restorative team building workshops create opportunities for colleagues to connect beyond their roles, build genuine relationships and rediscover the value of working together. We believe that behind every job title is a person. A person with aspirations, emotions and a life beyond the demands of their profession. Yet, somewhere between the deadlines, long hours, endless meetings and the constant expectation to deliver, it can become all too easy for professionals to lose sight of themselves — and sometimes, even one another.

As a nurse, our founder, Yewande Laura Adenuga, understands what it means to work in environments where people give so much of themselves to others. She recognises the dedication, resilience and commitment that keep teams moving forward.

Sometimes, a team does not need another meeting, another presentation or another reminder about resilience. Sometimes, they simply need a moment to breathe. A reason to laugh. An opportunity to see the person behind the professional title. A space where titles, hierarchies and workplace pressures take a back seat to genuine human connection. We believe human connection is an essential part of organisational wellbeing and team development.

Our Vision

Bloom Beyond Work exists to support organisations in creating more connected, engaged and people-centred workplace cultures. Our workshops allow for people to leave feeling just a little lighter, more aligned and appreciated than when they arrived. Through our workshops, we help organisations make meaningful investments in their people.

We aim to help organisations recognise the value of investing in human connections that underpin strong, sustainable workplace morale and communication. A place where team building feels less like an obligation and more like an experience worth looking forward to. A place where organisations recognise that investing in their people also means investing in the relationships between them.

Our values

These values are at the heart of Bloom Beyond Work and our commitment to helping people connect, interact and flourish.

Connection — We believe meaningful relationships are the foundation of strong teams.

Compassion — Rooted in our founder’s nursing background, compassion is central to everything we do. We recognise that everyone carries different pressures and experiences, and we approach every interaction with kindness, empathy and understanding.

Inclusion — We celebrate individuality and embrace the diversity of people, backgrounds and perspectives. Our workshops are designed to encourage participation, create a sense of belonging and ensure everyone has an opportunity to contribute.

Joy — We believe laughter, creativity and shared enjoyment have an important place in workplace wellbeing. We bring energy and warmth into our experiences, creating memorable moments that help people reconnect and recharge.

Growth — We believe that when people feel connected and supported, they are better placed to grow.

Purpose — The workshops we deliver are guided by intention. We aim to provide meaningful experiences that improve communication, teamwork and wellbeing.

Through our values, Bloom Beyond Work showcases that to grow and sustain an inclusive, meaningful workforce, it can all begin with the first step, which is to simply bring people together.
